Instruction for Authors:
The submission paper must start with a title,
a short abstract and a list of keywords,
however should be anonymous, with no author names,
affiliations, acknowledgments, nor obvious references.
It should be followed by a succinct statement appropriate
for a non-specialist reader specifying the subject addressed,
its background, the main achievements, and their significance
to Public Key Infrastructure.
The length of the submission should be at most 11 pages
(excluding bibliography and clearly marked appendices).
It should use at least 11-point fonts and have reasonable sized margins.
Since referees are not required to read the appendices,
the paper should be intelligible without them.
Submissions not meeting these guidelines risk rejection
without consideration of their merits.
It is strongly preferred that submissions be processed
in LaTeX according to the instructions
listed on http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html,
since this will be a mandatory requirement for the final version of papers.
Submission instructions:
Submissions must not substantially duplicate work
that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted
to a journal or a conference/workshop with proceedings.
Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their papers electronically.
To submit a paper, e-mail to an e-mail
with the following two attachments:
- in ASCII the title, authors names, address of corresponding author, and
the abstract,
- in PDF (or PS) file the full anonymous paper (i.e. title, abstract,
keywords, etc.).
Submissions must be received by the Program Chair on
or before June 11th, 2004. Notification of acceptance
or rejection will be sent to authors by August 12th, 2004.
One of the authors, if the paper is accepted,
must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the workshop.
Proceedings:
The pre-workshop proceedings will be distributed to the workshop-attendance.
Full Papers to Journal
All authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit
a full paper to appear as a special issue on PKI of
International Journal of Information Security (
http://link.springer.de/link/service/journals/10207/index.htm).
Every contribution will be reviewed as the regular submission.
